Return and refund policy

The following is the return and refund policy applicable to devices purchased directly from Cearvol's official website (cearvol.jp).

Returns and Exchanges:

Return request location: Japan

Return country: Japan

Shipping cost paid by: Cearvol

Refund processing time: Within 7 days after delivery to the specified address

Please note that if you are returning from outside Japan, you will be responsible for any relevant import duties and return shipping fees.

During the 30-day trial period:

To receive a full refund, you must return the complete product, including all additional accessories, charging case, charging cable, and free items that came with your purchase.

The 45-day trial period is limited to one time per device model and will not be refunded multiple times for the same device model by the same user.

You are solely responsible for, and we assume no responsibility for, any loss or damage to your hearing aids during the return process. We strongly recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance when returning your hearing aids.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your hearing aids and all accessories in their original packaging within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Once we receive your device and all accessories and verify that they meet our return criteria, we will process your full refund.

After the 30-day trial period:

No returns or refunds will be accepted after the trial period has expired.

About Warranty:

Cearvol hearing aids come with a 3-year warranty. If your hearing aids malfunction or fail during the warranty period, please follow these steps:
