1. Shipping method
Our products are shipped from our partner fulfillment warehouses.
Packing and delivery will be carried out by a delivery company designated by our company or an affiliated delivery partner. The delivery company will be automatically selected by our company based on the delivery area, package conditions, busyness, etc. As a general rule, customers cannot specify the delivery company.
2. Delivery Areas
Delivery is only available within Japan.
Delivery times may be longer in some areas (remote islands, etc.).
3. Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates from the time of shipment to the time of delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on weather, traffic conditions, busy periods, address errors, etc.

4. Shipping Fees
Free shipping nationwide.
No additional shipping charges (remote area surcharge, remote island surcharge, etc.) will be charged.
5. Shipping Timing

Depending on the order contents and stock status, shipping may be divided into multiple packages (shipping costs will remain the same).

If a tracking number is issued after shipment, we will inform you by email or on your personal page.
It may take some time for the tracking information to be updated. If it is not updated immediately after shipping, please wait a while and check again.
7. Incorrect delivery address, absence, or refusal to accept delivery

8. Suspected damage, loss or delay
